What materials are used in Bestia Collars?
We use 100% genuine buffalo or lamb leather for our collars, combined with heavy-duty metal hardware and soft orthopedic foam padding for maximum comfort and durability.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Please refer to our detailed sizing chart on each product page. We recommend measuring the middle of your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, leaving enough room for two fingers to fit between the collar and the neck.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For international orders, shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers hardware failure and stitching but does not cover damage from chewing or improper leather care.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized collars are final sale.
How should I maintain and clean the leather?
To keep the leather supple, we recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every few months. Avoid soaking the collar in water or using harsh chemicals.
